Roadside assistance
Push the Volvo On Call button or use your mobile app to speak to an operator, who can dispatch assistance to your GPS location.
Emergency support
Press the SOS button, located in the overhead console, whenever there’s an emergency to get help right away.
Automatic collision alert
When a collision is detected, your Volvo alerts a trained operator to contact the vehicle and send emergency service.
Theft alert
Volvo On Call is alerted if there is a suspicious entry into your car. If it’s stolen, we’ll use your car’s GPS to find or immobilize it.
Engine Remote Start
The Volvo On Call app lets you remotely control the climate in your car using just your smartphone. You can remote start your engine and pre-heat in the winter or cool down in the summer – it’s easy with the Volvo On Call app.
