This sends a message and opens a voice line with the Volvo On Call emergency operator, who will connect with police, ambulances, or other assistance. The operator sends them your position from the GPS system and maintains contact with you until they arrive.

If your Volvo breaks down or you run out of fuel, misplace your key, or get a flat tire, press the On Call button. This reaches a Volvo On Call operator who will guide roadside assistance service right to your vehicle.
